Scintillator/light pipe for the thru-lens detector on FEI/Philips Elstar electron columns, shown to the left in the mounting fixture provided with your original equipment, and to the right as it will ship to you, ready for installation in the mounting fixture.
This item is a direct replacement for FEI p/n 4022 268 01694 (TLD Assy. Elstar) in the event the phosphor on your detector comes to end of life through normal use, or if the light pipe becomes damaged or broken.
