Refill of Gallium Liquid Metal Ion Source (LMIS) for Orsay Physics FIB columns, including the Cobra and Canion models. These FIB columns are used in stand-alone Orsay systems as well as the Applied Materials SEMVision, Tescan LYRA / GAIA, and Zeiss Crossbeam series of systems.
Your source is refurbished by cleaning and refilling the reservoir with Gallium and guaranteed to function like new.
